- Network Reliability: Dual TBE rooms and dual risers, dedicated 100mm dia G.I. Conduit for vertical backbone, G.I. Conduit for interfloor cabling use, and optical fibre to the building
- Protection and Security: Strictly controlled access with manned security on-site around the clock, CCTV camera systems for 24/7 video surveilance, motion detectors, multi-stage security filtration systems for visitors, including biometric palm scanners and security swipe cards, ultra low level smoke detection, non-intrusive fire suppression heads, light scattering analysis system to ensure least possible disruption, and fume extraction fans to ensure smoke-free air
