| Installation Support |

WebCrafters guarantees all installations to have been thoroughly tested and functioning according to their intended purpose for the duration in which the client website exists on the conditions that:- The client has made no custom modifications affecting the WebCrafters installation causing errors
- The server software has not been upgraded affecting the WebCrafters installation causing errors
Should it be determined by WebCrafters that both of these conditions have been met, installation support will be gratis. However, should it be determined by WebCrafters that either of these conditions have not been met, clients will be charged our customary consulting rate of $50/hour in order to restore the previously installed modifications to perform as they were intended. |
